Character and Integrity Win Out in the End

Back in January 2013, a question was raised as to the legitimacy of Orrin Woodward’s and Chris Brady’s Top 30 ranking on the Leadership Guru website. We knew from the beginning that the website’s claims were false and their disqualification was unjustified, but we also knew that the truth would prevail over time. Remember, people of integrity expect to be believed and when they are not, they let time prove them right. So, please find below a copy of the website’s apology and retraction…

We are so blessed to be following men that have character, integrity, morals and ethics like Orrin Woodward and Chris Brady…don’t find that much in today’s society.

We are in good hands, so dare to go after the life you’ve always wanted…LIFE Leadership.

God bless and have a great week everyone!

LIFE: Right Place, Right Time, Right People, Right Reason

Orrin Woodward and the other co-founders of LIFE (Chris Brady, Tim Marks, George Guzzardo, Dan Hawkins, Bill Lewis, Claude Hamilton) just produced a great new video that was launched at the Winter Leadership Convention in Columbus, OH this past weekend. Everyone loved it and has been asking to see it again. Here you go…enjoy!

Your future awaits, go get it!

The Right Information Does Matter!

Did you say, "Cleared to land three-one, or one-three?"

Orrin Woodward and the other co-founders of LIFE (Chris Brady, Tim Marks, George Guzzardo, Dan Hawkins, Bill Lewis, Claude Hamilton and Chris Mattis) have established a world-class educational system that provides individuals with principle-based information that helps improve the eight major categories in people’s lives (Faith, Family, Finances, Friends, Freedom, Fitness, Following, and Fun).

With today’s technology and the internet, access to information on just about any topic/issue/category is only a mouse click away. And in a society that has an ongoing love affair with the latest electronic gadget or technological advancement, this fact is viewed by the masses as an amazing thing. And in many cases it is, but in this article I want to share a perspective that many people may not be aware of and that may be having a bigger impact on the overall quality of their lives than they realize.

I recently made a list of random topics (news/media, automobiles, presidents of the United States, motor oil, Wal-Mart, Apple, Dell and toilet paper) and then went on-line and “researched” each topic. What I discovered was that no matter the topic, I found information that was positive about the topic; and conversely, I found information that was negative about the same topic. The results of my research, regardless of whether it was positive or negative, was very difficult to determine what information was truthful and what information was rumor/hearsay/popular opinion. The fact is that our society is inundated with misleading information about everything. When seeking information that is trivial in nature, this fact isn’t that critical. However, when seeking information regarding major issues in life, incorrect information and rumor/hearsay/popular opinion can have a drastic and long-lasting impact on people’s lives.

Early on in my personal development journey, I learned that there is a process that all of us follow which ultimately leads us to the results that we are experiencing in life. That process is illustrated below:

Information —> Actions —> Habits —> Attitudes —> Results

Oftentimes, at the end of this process people find themselves with results that they didn’t expect, nor want. By the time I was in my mid-30’s, my results included major financial debt, broken marriage, high stress and anxiety, poor health, failing job and having absolutely no fun in life.

Soon after meeting Orrin Woodward, he taught me that this process needs to be fine tuned and navigated with very specific intent. Otherwise, you will eventually find yourself in a place you don’t want to be. The fine tuned process is as follows:

Right Information —> Right Actions —> Right Habits —> Right Attitudes —> Desired Results

The first step is to determine your desired results. This requires us to do something that our society has given up on…daring to dream BIG! I recommend you check out Dan Hawkins’ blog article. He provides great insight on this topic.

Now that you know where you ultimately want to end up, the next step is getting the process started with the right information. It is so important to make sure the information you feed your mind is trustworthy and truthful.

Here are a couple of questions you can use to evaluate the quality of information you are getting:

1) Does the producer of the information have character and integrity? If you can’t trust the producer of the information to provide the truth 100% of the time, then the source of information should be avoided.
2) Is the source of information based upon Biblical principles? My worldview recognizes only one source of truth regarding principles to live by in this world. If the producer of the information does not use the Bible as a foundation, the information can not be truthful and should not be trusted.
3) What is the motive of the producer for providing the information? If the motive of the producer of information is self-serving and not focused on helping others grow, get better, and finding their God-given purpose, the information source should be pursued with extreme caution.

It is for these reasons that I have utilized the LIFE TEAM educational system for truthful and trustworthy information over the past 11 years. It is also the reason many TEAM leaders have given up watching television. With few exceptions, television fails all three of the above questions.

I strongly recommend that everyone subscribe to this LIFE TEAM information that Orrin Woodward has spent the last 18 years developing. I think you’ll find, like thousands of other people have found, plugging into the right information does matter.

Your future awaits…go get it!

God bless and have a great day,

Eric C. Blomdahl
